摘要
以湖北省黄石市某封场的垃圾填埋场为研究对象,研究不同功能区的生物气溶胶浓度及粒径分布特点。结果表明,封场填埋区的细菌气溶胶和真菌气溶胶平均浓度分别为429和71 CFU/m^3,渗滤液处理区的细菌气溶胶和真菌气溶胶平均浓度分别为754和31 CFU/m^3。各个采样点的细菌气溶胶的浓度均高于真菌。封场填埋区的细菌气溶胶多样性低于渗滤液处理区。粒径分析表明,封场填埋区和渗滤液处理区可吸入的生物气溶胶所占比例较高。该研究结果将为评价封场填埋场的空气质量提供基础数据。
Bioaerosols of different functional regions in certain closed landfill of Huangshi,Hubei Province were chosen as research object and the concentration and distribution of bioaerosols in the landfill were studied. Results showed that the mean concentrations of viable airborne bacteria and fungi of closed landfill area were 429 CFU/m^3 and 71 CFU/m^3,and the mean concentrations of viable airborne bacteria and fungi of leachate treatment area were 754 CFU/m^3 and 31 CFU/m^3 respectively.The mean concentrations of viable airborne bacteria were higher than that of viable airborne fungi. The diversity of viable airborne bacteria in closed landfill area was lower than that of in leachate treatment area. The particle size analysis showed that the proportion of respirable fractions of bioaerosols was high. The results of this study will provide basic data for evaluating the air quality of closed landfill site.
