芳樟优良无性系叶精油主成分遗传稳定性分析 被引量:12

摘要 以南平市郊林场芳樟无性系测定林8个6年生的优良芳樟无性系为对象,测定不同母本及优良无性系叶精油及其芳香醇和樟脑含量,分析无性系在栽培过程中的遗传稳定性。结果表明:芳香樟精油及其主成分在栽植过程中子代较好地保持母本遗传的特性,性状遗传分化较小,遗传稳定性较高。 Maternal essential oil and other main components were kept in fine clone cultivation were research emphasis in industrialization of Cinnamomum camphora eight different fine clones in Nanping outskirts forest farm were chose,essential oil,linalool,camphor of leaves were measured,genetic stability were analyzed,the result shows that the offspring of Cinnamomum camphora were inherited maternally,the genetic differentiation of essential oil and main composition in leaf was low,and genetic stability can keep their parent's good traits.
