七叶树和白玉兰种子休眠机理分析 被引量:1

摘要 测定七叶树、白玉兰的完整种子和破皮种子的吸水量、透气性并对种子不同组织提取物进行白菜籽发芽试验,同时对七叶树、白玉兰种子进行层积处理并解剖观察。结果表明:七叶树种子休眠的原因为种胚分化不完全和种皮透气性差、含有少量发芽抑制物质;白玉兰种子休眠的原因为种胚发育不全以及果肉所含抑制物。 Determine the water permeability and air permeability of Aesculus chinensis and Magnolia denudate seeds,include intact seed and scarified seed; experimentation on sprount of zhe cabbage seed of some material of the seeds; the dormancy of styatification on the Aesculus chinensis and Magnolia denudate seeds,dissect and observe,results showed: the reason of the Aesculus chinensis seed dormancy are: the embryonic differentiation not completely、the seed coat holds back the gas exchange、contained little material that holds back the sprout of the seed,the reason of the Magnolia denudate seed dormancy are: fruit shell contained some material that holds back the sprout of the seed、the embryonic differentiation not completely.
