摘要
青西采油厂塔式抽油机是玉门油田分公司机械厂开发的新型抽油设备,可根据不同油井的工况特点,在运行中可实时调整抽油杆上下抽汲的速度,具有长冲程、大扭矩、慢冲次、低能耗、高效率、低噪音、使用寿命长的特点。以青西采油厂塔式抽油机的节能分析为基础,通过机体结构和现场测试数据的具体对比,明确了塔式抽油机的优点,为塔式抽油机在青西采油厂的应用做了基础的分析资料,也为提高抽油机系统效率,降低能耗提供了数据依据。
The tower pumping unit of Qingxi Oil Production Plant is a new oil pumping equipment developed by Yumen Oilfield Branch Machinery Factory.According to the working conditions of different oil wells,the pumping speed of sucker rod can be adjusted in real time,With long stroke,high torque,slow red times,low energy consumption,high efficiency,low noise,long service life characteristics.Based on the energy saving analysis of the tower pumping unit in Qingxi Oil Production Plant,the advantages of the tower pumping unit are clarified through the comparison between the structure of the airframe and the field test data,and the application of the tower pumping unit in Qingxi Oil Production Plant The basic data are also provided to improve the system efficiency and reduce the energy consumption of the pumping unit.
