随着现代工业和材料科学的不断发展,对导热高分子材料提出了更高的要求。从导热高分子材料概述入手,探讨导热高分子材料的实践应用,以供参考。
With the continuous development of modern industry and materials science,the higher requirements of thermal conductive polymer materials are put forward.In this paper,the application of thermally conductive macromolecule materials is reviewed.
