企业搬迁是一个庞杂的系统工程。企业不仅要对旧厂区土地、厂房以及设备等进行相应处理,又要处理企业员工变动适宜。同时,企业还要处理原厂区土地及房屋的物上抵押权法律问题、新厂区厂房、设备和管道安装等相关法律问题。化工企业由于性质特殊,搬迁过程往往显得更加复杂,几乎涉及到方方面面的法律问题,必须引起重视。由于文章篇幅限制,仅就化工企业搬迁中房屋、设备、固废物以及危险化学品涉及的法律问题进行思考。
