摘要
孔板流量计是计量天然气的主要工具,但计量得到的数值较容易产生误差,天然气的输差主要来源于管储量计算、阀门或管道泄漏和计量系统误差等。此外,受计量时间与气体组分的影响,天然气的计量误差也会存在。因此,对于天然气输送时的各种误差,有必要明确各项误差的根源,结合孔板流量计应用于天然气输送的现状,探究具体的输差影响。
The orifice flowmeter is the main tool for measuring natural gas.However,the measured values are more prone to error.The natural gas transmission is mainly derived from the calculation of pipe reserves,valve or pipeline leakage and measurement system error.In addition,due to the measurement time and the impact of gas composition,natural gas measurement error will exist.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the root cause of various errors in natural gas transportation,and combine the orifice flowmeter with the present situation of natural gas transportation to explore the effect of transmission loss.
