混凝沉淀-微电解-MBR深度处理印染废水工艺研究

摘要 介绍了一种微电解耦合MBR工艺对印染废水深度处理的工艺,其包括混凝沉淀池、pH调节池、微电解池、二次沉淀池、水解酸化池、MBR反应池;其中,所述混凝沉淀池、pH调节池、微电解池、二次沉淀池、水解酸化池、MBR反应池依次连接并形成一集成式处理设备。该方法耦合了混凝、物理沉淀、电解、膜分离及生化氧化的优势,经过该设备处理的印染废水,可以有效降解氨氮,色度以及COD值,处理后水质可达《污水综合排放标准》GB8978—1996标准规定一级的排放限制,具有处理效率高,成本低、操作简单易于控制等优点。 A process of micro-electrolysis-coupled MBR process for the advanced treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater is introduced.It includes coagulation sedimentation tank,pH regulating tank,micro-electrolysis tank,secondary sedimentation tank,hydrolytic acidification tank and MBR reaction tank.A pH adjusting tank,a micro-electrolysis cell,a secondary sedimentation tank,a hydrolytic acidification tank and an MBR reaction tank are sequentially connected to form an integrated processing device.The method can be combined with the advantages of coagulation,pHysical precipitation,electrolysis,membrane separation and biochemical oxidation.The dyeing wastewater treated by the equipment can effectively degrade ammonia nitrogen,chroma and COD value,and the treated water quality can reach "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" GB8978-1996 standard provides a level of emission limits,with high efficiency,low cost,easy to operate and easy to control and so on.
