摘要
水中的总氮是衡量水质的重要指标之一,常用碱性过硫酸钾紫外分光光度法测定水中总氮,在实践中发现,由于过硫酸钾药剂品质原因,会出现空白吸光值偏高的现象,与国家标准不超过0.030不符。通过对过硫酸钾试剂的研究,降低空白吸光值,使结果准确、可靠。
