当前,关于风险管理的研究主要停留在财务风险和金融方面的投资以及生产经营风险等领域中,专门针对国际进出口贸易进行风险管理少之又少,即便是有的大型企业集团在长期摸索后形成了一套风险管理理论,但是仍然处于摸索探求阶段,因此对进出口公司,尤其是化工企业而言,亟需找到一套相对完善的风险管理方式,以应对可能遇到的风险。基于此,就化工产品进口业务风险管理进行深入研究,指出其中存在的问题,并就这些问题的解决给出相应的建议,以期为化工产品进口贸易的风险管理提供参考。
