微波法制备纳米银及其表征

The Preparation of Silver Nanoparticles by Microwave Radiation and its Characterization

摘要 本文以亚甲基蓝为还原剂,PVA为分散剂,硝酸银为银源,利用微波反应制备纳米银。并对产物进行了紫外、XRD和TEM表征。结果表明:硝酸银与亚甲基蓝摩尔比为1∶1、硝酸银浓度为0.13 mmol/L、分散剂PVA用量为0.10 g、反应时间9 min条件下得到平均粒径为20 nm左右球形纳米银颗粒。 Nano-silver particles were prepared by microwave method. Methylene blue was used as the reducing a- gent, and Polyvinyl alcohol was used as the dispersing agent. The morphology and crystal structure of nano-silver samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV-Vis ad- sorption spectrum. The results show that sphere nano-silver particles with average of diameters of 20 nm was ob- tained when the molar ratio of molar ratio of AgNO3 to MB was 1 : 1, silver ion concentration was 0.13 mmol/L, the mass of PVA was 0.10 g and reaction time was 9 min.
