开放大学的职业教育岗位文化论(下)

摘要 在开放大学的职业教育岗位文化中,岗位素质文化包含岗位学习实践的个人心理素质文化、知识应用素质文化、社会道德素质文化和劳动协作素质文化四个层面。它从不同角度描述了开放大学培养合格职业人才的有效方式,有利于开放大学和企业制定科学合理的应用型人才培养方案,也有助于学习者在社会化的远程职业教育环境中迅速成长。
