摘要
随着市场经济的发展,高校之间已不再以有形资产的多寡作为竞争优势,而在于学校是否拥有智力资源,智力资源的来源便是教师,教师是高等学校发展的核心支柱。教师对工作的满意度影响着其工作的积极性,直接关系到服务学生的质量,进而影响到学校能否保持持久的竞争优势。对高校教师工作满意度与学生满意度的相关性进行研究,有助于提高学校管理效能,在一定程度上为我国高校获得竞争优势和长期发展提供政策参考。
With the development of market economy, the competitive advantage among universities, but on intellectual amount of tangible assets is no longer a resources which is sourced from teachers. Thus teachers become the central pillars of the university development. Teachers' work satisfaction di- rectly affects their work attitude, which relates to the quality of serving students, thereby affecting the school's ability to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage. By studying on correlation of teachers' satisfaction and students' satisfaction, it is helpful to improve school management efficiency, and to pro- vide strategy reference for keeping competitive advantages and long-term development of universities.
