新常态下高校服务型学生党支部建设的思考与实践——以台州市高校为例

On Thinking and Practice of Service-oriented University Students' Party Branches Construction in the New Normal——A Case Study of Universities in Taizhou

党的十八大明确提出了要加强基层服务型党组织建设,高校学生支部积极响应。但是通过调查发现,服务型学生党支部建设过程中出现了部分党员的模范带头作用不够、服务形式和平台缺乏创新、服务机制不够完善等问题。因此,支部需要通过高标准加强自身思想建设、提升服务意识、创新服务平台、健全激励机制以及民主监督等途径,完善服务型学生党支部建设。

The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly puts forward that the construction of a service-oriented party organization should be strengthened at the grass-roots. Stu- dents＇ Party branches actively respond to the call. However, after the survey, there are some problems found in the process of service-oriented students＇ Party branch construction, such as some Party mem- bers Iack of leading-role sense, the service forms and platform lack of innovation, and imperfect ser- vice mechanism. Hence, the Party branches have to set high criteria on strengthening the self-ideology building, improving the service awareness, innovating the service platform, building up the incentive mechanism and completing the democratic supervision, to perfect service-oriented students＇ Party branch construction.
