摘要
大学教学文化本质上是一种形而上的精神存在。当前大学教学文化主要陷入了管理层面的控制主义宰治、教师层面的个人主义霸权、学生层面的工具主义泛滥之困境。走出大学教学文化的困境,需要确立走向解放的大学教学"管"文化、形成迈向合作的大学教学"教"文化、构建个性化学习的大学教学"学"文化。
University teaching culture is essentially a metaphysical spirit being. The current university teach- ing culture is mainly in a dilemma, concerning the governance of control doctrine in the management level, indi- vidualism hegemony in the teacher' s level, and instrnmentalism flood in the student level. Going out of the plight of university teaching culture, it is necessary to establish the university teaching "management" culture of emancipation, to form the university "teaching" culture of cooperation, and to construct the university "learn- ing" culture of personalized learning.
