Influencing Factors of Practical Teaching for Logistics Management in Private Colleges——Taking the Logistics Management Major for Example

民办高校以培养社会需求的应用型人才为主。实践教学是培养学生创新意识和应用能力的关键要素,而民办高校实践教学仍存在诸多弊端。本文基于"鱼骨图"分析法,从条件、投入、态度、成效四个维度,以物流管理专业为例,探讨民办高校实践教学的影响因素,并提出建议和对策,以明确实践教学改革方向。

Private colleges mainly train applied talents for the social demanding, and practical teaching is the key factor to cultivate students＇ sense of innovation and application ability. However, there are still many disad- vantages in the practical teaching of private colleges. Based on the method of Fishbone Diagram analysis with the four dimensions as conditions, investment, attitude and the effectiveness, the paper explores the influencing fac- tors of practical teaching in private colleges and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures in order to clarify the reform direction of the practical teaching.
