脑源性神经因子调节突触活动的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 脑源性神经营养因子是神经营养因子家族的一员,对神经元的存活、发育、分化以及神经形成、轴突生长有重要作用。越来越多的研究表明,脑源性神经因子能与特定的受体结合介导突触形态结构和功能的改变,从而调节神经元和神经突触的活动,有望成为神经退行性疾病治疗的新靶点。
