摘要
PC构件生产线堆垛机是PC构件自动化生产线的重要设备之一.结合PC构件自动化生产线生产过程中的实际要求,设计了一种堆垛机设备.首先用UG建立了三维模型,确定了结构方案的可行性;然后运用ANSYS中的WORKBENCH模块对其主体的支撑结构进行了强度和刚度分析,验证其结构合理性;最后借助ADAMS对其进行运动仿真和受力分析,为堆垛机选择合适的运动方案,并为堆垛机各个部件系统选择合适的驱动动力提供可靠的依据.
The PC component production line is important equipment of the PC component automatic production line. According to the actual requirement of PC component automatic production line, a kind of stacking machine is designed. Firstly, the 3 - dimentional model is established by using UG and the feasibility of the structure of the program is determined. Then the strength and stiffness analysis and optimization of the structure are made by using ANSYS Workbench module of the main body of the supporting structure. Finally, with the help of ADAMS, the motion simulation and stress analysis are carried out, the appropriate exercise program for the stacking machine is chosen, and a reliable basis is provided for the selection of suitable driving power of each component stacker system.
