摘要
了解甘肃山区农村小学生的心理健康状况及其影响因素,为农村小学生心理健康教育提供科学依据。采用《心理健康诊断测验量表》和自编的调查问卷,对甘肃陇南市山区的657名四至六年级的农村小学生进行了调查。通过调查结果发现山区农村小学生总体心理健康状况良好,但应关注小学生普遍存在的一般心理问题或心理焦虑,注重因性施教,因级施教,不断提高小学生的心理健康水平。
Objective: To understand the mental health status and its influencing factors of rural primary school students in Gansu mountainous area, to provide scientific evidence for mental health education of rural primary school students. Methods: We investigated 657 rural pupils from forth grade to sixth grade of Longnan City in Gansu Province, with Mental Health Test (MHT) and the questionnaire. Conclusion: Despite mental health of the pupils in rural areas of Gansu are good overall, there still existed general mental problems or mental anxiety, and pay attention to teaching students according to their sex, teaching students according to their grade, and constantly improve the mental health level of the pupils.
