This paper introduced the material selection and geometric parameters selection principle and method？ of internal mold design for high precision cold-drawn steel tube. According to the？ ？ mold failure condition often occurs in practical use, it put forward some points in the design which should be paid attention to. It provided theoretical reference for increasing die service life of mold and reducing energy consumption of cold-drawing unit.
