根据多年从事农机职业技能鉴定工作的经验,总结技能鉴定考评方面存在的主要问题,从鉴定标准、考评队伍及考评方式等方面提出具有建设性的发展建议,为提高农机职业技能鉴定水平提供参考。

According to working experience for many years on agricultural machinery vocational skills verification, this paper summarized the main problems existing in the test and evaluation of vocational skills verification. From the aspects of verification standard, evaluation team and test and evaluation method, it put forward constructive development suggestions, which provided reference for improving the level of agricultural machinery vocational skills verification.
