综合干预对我院药品盘点工作的成效分析

Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Intervention on Drug Stocktaking in A Hospital

目的加强药品盘点管理,提高药品管理水平。方法根据实施药品实时库存系统前药品盘点工作中存在的问题,分析干预前（2014.1-2014.12）后（2015.1-2015.12）药品账物相符率、盘盈盘亏率、盘点耗时及药品周转天数等指标。结果通过优化药品盘点流程及实施相关干预措施,药品账物相符率由约64%上升到84%,盘盈率由9.0%下降到3.7%,盘亏率由8.3%下降到2.4%,盘点耗时由10 h缩短为7 h。结论通过完善药品管理制度,优化药品盘点流程,加强药品监管,能有效提高药品盘点工作的效率、质量及管理水平。

OBJECTIVE In order to improve the accuracy of the drug stocktaking and improve the level of drug management. METHODS Analyzed the consistent rate of account book and drugs, inventory profit and loss rate, time for inventory, and drug turnover days before （from January 2014 to December 2014） and after comprehensive intervention （from January 2015 to December 2015）. RESULTS Through comprehensive intervention measures including optimize the process of drug inventory, strengthen drug management and reduce the loophole of hospital information system, the consistent rate of account book and drugs increased from about 64% to 84%,the inventory profit rate decreased from 9.0% to 3.7%,inventory loss rate decreased from 8.3% to 2.4%, and time for inventory reduced from 10 hours to 7 hours. CONCLUSION Efficiency and quality of drug stocktaking can be effectively improved through completing the drug management system, optimizing the process of drug inventory and strengthening drug supervision.
