坡度对虹吸管路气液两相流动水力特性影响试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过系列试验观察了安装高度为6 m时不同坡度及不同水头差下中行管路倾斜布置的虹吸管内的气液两相流现象及气液两相流流型,并量测了倾斜管路内典型环形掺气电极处含气率的大小。通过实验发现,在正、逆坡管路中,随着坡度的增大,管内伪空化现象逐渐减弱,管内气泡和气囊的大小和数量逐渐减小;虹吸管内的流型与中行管路的布置方式(正坡、逆坡)及坡度的大小无关,坡度的改变仅对逆坡管路能否稳定虹吸产生影响;坡度的逐渐增大使得管内最大含气率及平均含气率均逐渐减小。 A series of tests were conducted to observe the behavior and pattern of the gas-liquid two-phase flow in a tilted siphon installed in middle pipelines;the pipeline was installed at 6m high and its slope and water head were changed in the experiment.The porosities in the flow at the annular electrode in the pipeline were measured.The experimental results show that as the slope angle of the pipeline(a positive slope or a negative slope) increases,pseudo-cavitation in the pipeline gradually weakens and the sizes and quantities of voids and bubbles decrease.The pattern of the two-phase flow in the siphon was not associated with the direction(positive or negative) and slope angle of the middle pipeline;changes in slope angle only affects the stability of siphoning.It is found that both the maximum and average values of porosity in the pipeline decline as the slope angle decreases.
