摘要 水电站的管理运行已从单库调度向流域梯级联合调度转型,流域梯级水电站群运行调度管理日趋复杂,因此开展流域梯级水电站群联合调度运行管理平台及其相关技术研究十分必要。以白水江流域"一库四级"梯级水电站为研究对象,从综合管理、专业模型调度算法和协同数据处理等方面出发,研究基于网络技术的梯级水电站调度系统主要关键技术,并采用先进的网络开发技术,开发和实现白水江梯级水电站调度系统平台。经过实践运行表明,系统界面友好,数据传输安全,计算效率高,能为流域的梯级水电站调度运行管理提供强有力的支持。 The pattern of management and operation for hydropower stations has transformed from the single reservoir to the cascade reservoirs.The joint operation of cascade hydropower stations is getting more and more complex,so that it is urgent for us to study the key techniques of the joint operation system of the cascade hydropower stations.In this study the advanced network developing techniques have been applied to design and develop a new cascade operation system in the Baishuijiang catchment,which integrates the synthetic management methods,the scheduling optimization algorithms and the data collaborating and protecting techniques.The joint operating system has been successfully run on the Baishuijiang Cascade Hydropower Stations,which shows that it is user-friendly,safe and efficient.The joint operating system will provide a strong support for the management and operation of the cascade hydropower stations system.
