王明杰运用风药治疗内伤发热的经验

Experience of the Treatment of Internal Fever Using by Wind Drugs by Professor WANG

王明杰教授认为玄府闭塞、阳热怫郁是内伤发热重要的病理环节。风药以其独特的开通玄府作用在本病治疗中大有用武之地。临证常选用以风药为主的名方,或在其他类型方剂中灵活配伍风药,可收桴鼓相应之效。文中介绍王老运用柴胡桂枝汤与麻黄升麻汤加减治疗本病的典型病例2则。

The important pathology links of internal fever are the blocking of sweat pores and yang heat by Professor Wang, and the wind drugs are usually used by dredging sweat pores specially in the treatment of this disease. And so we often choose the prescription mainly with the wind drugs, or other prescription with the wind drugs combination, that we can acquire better effect. In this chapter we are discussing the two typical cases of the treatment of the disease using Chaihu Guizhi Decoction and Mahuang Shengma Decocton by Professor WANG.
