应用解郁养血安神汤治疗失眠临床研究

Jieyu Yangxue Anshen Decoction in Treatment of Insomnia

目的:观察解郁养血安神汤治疗肝郁血虚型失眠的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的90例失眠患者随机分为治疗1组、治疗2组和对照组各30例,对照组予百乐眠胶囊口服,治疗1组予解郁养血安神汤口服,治疗2组予解郁养血安神汤口服加耳穴压豆,连续治疗4周,观察匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表和抑郁量表、中医症状积分量表、临床疗效等指标。结果:治疗1组和治疗2组在匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表和抑郁量表、中医症状积分量表、临床疗效等方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.0l)。治疗1组和治疗2组对照各项指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:解郁养血安神汤治疗肝郁血虚型失眠临床疗效确切。

Objective ： To observe the effect of treating insomnia with Jieyu Yangxue Anshen Decoction. Methods ： Dividing 90 insomnia patients who accord with the standard into three groups： Jieyu Yangxue Anshen Decoction group, Jieyu Yangxue Anshen Decoction and ear acupoint bean pressing group, and BaiLemian capsule control group, use self comparsion before and after treatment, and group comparsion with the scores from the PSQI, HAMD, HAMA and the Graded TCM pattern classification system after 4 weeks. Results：The whole effect of treating insomnia with Jieyu Yangxue Anshen Decoction group, Jieyu Yangxue Anshen Decoction adding ear acupoint bean pressing group superior to control group in scores of the PSQI, HAMD, HAMA and the Graded TCM pattern classification system （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）, no obvious different effect between Jieyu Yangxue Anshen Decoction group and Jieyu Yangxue Anshen Decoction adding ear acupoint bean pressing group （ P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The effect of treating insomnia is obvious, with the methods--smoothing the Liver - Qi to relieve the depressive syndrome, replenishing blood, calming mental activities, and Jieyu Yangxue Anshen Decoction.
