针灸治疗急性缺血性中风数据挖掘及规律探析

Data Mining and Rule Analysis of Acute Ischemic Stroke Treated with Acupuncture

目的:探索针灸临床治疗急性缺血性中风的选经用穴特点及规律,为临床针灸治疗急性缺血性中风提供思路和参考依据。方法:以CNKI、万方、Pub Med等数据库为资料源,收集近15年针灸治疗急性缺血性中风的临床文献,利用EXCEL 2007软件进行数据整理,SPSS 17.0软件进行聚类分析,Clementine 12.0软件分析相关性。结果:临床类研究论文每年发表数目大致相同,无明显差异;治疗方法中以普通针刺(占16.37%)常见,多用针药结合等综合疗法;使用频次居前三的腧穴分别为合谷(LI4)、足三里(ST36)、三阴交(SP6);手阳明大肠经应用次数最多,而使用穴位最多的经脉是足太阳膀胱经;相关性分析可知腧穴配伍中合谷-足三里最常见;聚类分析研究显示腧穴按治则分为三类:阴经论治、阳经论治、辨证论治。结论:针灸治疗急性缺血性中风常用腧穴有其独特的规律,可在针灸治疗急性缺血性中风中加以推广应用。

Objective ：To explore clinical study of acupuncture treatment of acute ischemic stroke selected by the use of the characteristics and laws of points for clinical acupuncture treatment of acute ischemic stroke to provide ideas and reference. Methods：CNKI,Wanfang and PubMed as the source of data, collect nearly 15 years clinical literature of acupuncture in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,sorting,statistical analysis, using SPSS 17. 0 software for data sorting, clustering analysis, Clementine 12. 0 software correlation analysis. Results ： Clinical class research papers each year were published about the same with no significant difference; treatment was mainly ordinary acupuncture （16. 37% ）, multi -use acupuncture combined with comprehensive therapy ; frequency of the top three acupoints were Hegu （ LI4 ）, Zusanli （ ST36 ） , Sanyinjiao （ SP6 ）, Bladder meridian, Stomach meridian, Du meridian in selected points, frequency and more was hand Yangming large intestine through the application number;Hegu -Zusanli has the highest correlation. Cluster analysis studies have shown that acupuncture points according to the rule is divided into three categories, Yin theory of governance, Yang theory of governance, diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion ： Acupuncture treatment of acute ischemic stroke commonly used acupoints has its unique rules and could be popularized in acupuncture in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
