摘要
采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、气相色谱仪、气相色谱/质谱仪以及化学分析法,对六氟丙烯气体在高温下的热分解行为进行了研究。结果表明:六氟丙烯在600℃以下很稳定不分解,从700℃开始微弱分解,至850℃时已经分解完全。并于850℃在管内壁观察到黄色油状液体。分解产物中含有少量的HF和C_2F_6、C_4F_8、C_6F_(12)、C_7F_8等小分子,八氟化萘(C_(10)F_8)、1,2-二(三氟甲基)全氟茚满(C_(11)F_(12))和全氟茚满(C_(11)F_(14))等环状化合物。该结果表明六氟丙烯在高温下的热分解过程除发生简单的热分解外,还包括环化和聚合反应等过程。
The high temperature decomposition characteristics of hexafluoropropylene were investigated by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), gas chromatography(GC), gas chromatography/mass spectroscopy(GC/MS) and chemical analysis techniques. The results show that hexafluoropropylene is very stable and not decomposable below 600 ℃.It starts to weakly decompose at 700 ℃, completely decompose at 850 ℃ and yellow oily liquid is observed in the inner wall of the tube at 850 ℃. Pyrolysis products contain trace amounts of small molecules(HF, C2F6, C4F8, C6F(12), C7F8) and cyclocompounds(C(10)F8, C(11)F(12), C(11)F(14)). The results indicate that the pyrolysis process of hexafluoropropylene includes not only a simple decomposition reaction, but also the cyclization and polymerization reactions.
