ML08Al大方坯用保护渣的性能优化

摘要 某钢厂生产的ML08Al大方坯主要存在表面凹坑、深振痕和卷渣等缺陷,其产生的原因主要是由于保护渣的润滑性能、粘度、熔点、熔速等不良因素造成的。基于现行保护渣理化性能检测结果,同时结合有限元计算分析模型,提出了保护渣理化性能优化思路和方向,并给出适宜的保护渣熔点、粘度、熔速及碱度。实际生产表明,保护渣优化后,铸坯表面品质得到明显改善。 There are a lot of surface defects in ML08Al bloom blank produced by a steel plant, such as surface pits, deep oscillation marks and slag entrapment, which are mainly induced by the improper characters of mould flux, like lubrication performance, viscosity, melting point, melting rate and others else. Based on the testing results of mould flux physical and chemical properties and the analysis results of finite element model, the optimization of mould flux performance was put out, and the proper melting point, viscosity, melting rate and alkalinity were given. The results show that the surface quality of the slab is improved obviously by using the optimized mould flux.
