摘要
连铸坯热送热装工艺可以节约加热炉能耗,实现节能减排的目标,为钢厂带来经济效益。本文利用有限元软件模拟钢液自进入结晶器直至出加热炉全流程温度场。结合连铸全流程不同时间节点铸坯含有的热量,分析连铸过程热量损失。模拟冷装、温装及直装坯在加热炉加热至出炉温度时的热量与进加热炉进行对比,分析不同温度铸坯再加热过程需吸收的热量。
The finite element software was used to simulate the whole process temperature field of liquid steel from entering the mold to out of the heating furnace. Combining the heat energy of casting billet at different time in the whole process of continuous casting, the heat loss of the continuous casting process was analyzed. The heat of cold charging, hot charging and direct charging process before and after entering the heating furnace were simulated and compared. The heat of different temperature slab required to absorb in the heating furnace were analyzed.
