摘要
对6个批次的汽车减速机机箱LT-3铝合金复合板进行真空钎焊工艺试验,研究其材料表面、断面的宏观形貌、微观组织及成分变化规律。结果表明,提高加热速度可以有效细化晶粒,得到的母材组织均匀且细密,适当调整包覆层Si含量及其他元素的含量能够得到质量好的钎焊接头,通过改善合金成分可以在保证钎焊质量的基础上提高接头的综合性能。
Six experiments of vacuum brazing were conducted with LT-3 aluminum alloy composite plate for automobile reducer chassis. The macro-morphology, microstructure and composition changes were studied. The results show that the grain of base metal can be refined by improving heating speed, and the microstructure of base metal are more uniform and thinner. The quality of brazed joints can be improved by appropriate adjustmenting Si composition and other elements composition of the coating. Improving alloy composition can improve the joint's comprehensive performance but also ensures the quality of brazing.
