径轴向数控碾环机工艺优化控制与CAPP系统改进

摘要 为减少工艺人员主观因素和碾环机状态对风电法兰环成形品质的影响,改进并设计了一种CAPP系统,利用电气控制和专家经验推理实现对环件成形工艺的优化与控制。应用表明,该CAPP系统适于5 m数控碾环机的辅助工艺设计,能在线监测碾环机状态并修正成形工艺;稳定轧制时,与线性化控制的拟合度高,有利于减小环件成形过程中的椭圆度。 The CAPP system was designed and improved to reduce the effect of personnel subjective factors on wind power flange ring quality in radial-axial ring rolling process, using electrical control and expertise implement to realize the optimization and control of ring forming process. Application shows that, the system can adapt to CAPP aided process design of the CNC ring rolling of 5 m, and can monitor online status and correct forming process. And the forming process has higher fitting in steady rolling.
