摘要
采用不同的始锻温度和终锻温度,制备40Cr直齿锥齿轮,测试了不同温度下的耐磨损性能。结果表明,不管是在25℃,还是在300℃环境下,始锻温度从1 130℃提高至1 210℃,齿轮的耐磨损性能呈现出先提高后基本不变再急剧下降。随终锻温度从820℃提高至880℃,齿轮的耐磨损性能均先提高后下降。40Cr直齿锥齿轮的始锻温度优选为1170℃,终锻温度优选为860℃。
40Cr spur bevel gears were forged under various initial forging temperature and final forging temperature. The wear resistance of the gears at different temperature was tested and analyzed. The results show that, under the testing temperature of 25 ℃ or 300 ℃, the wear resistance of all gear samples is first increasing then unchanging and finally sharply declining with the increase of initial forging temperature, while the wear resistance of all gear samples is first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of final forging temperature. The optimized initial forging temperature and final forging temperature of 40 Cr spur bevel gear is 1 170 ℃ and 860 ℃, respectively.
