摘要
汽阀弹簧座零件的鐓挤复合成形工艺在国内取得了一些宝贵的经验。对于中心带锥形孔,而四周呈阶梯型的汽阀弹簧座,大多采用剪切棒料或管料鐓挤复合成形。通过研究不同尺寸、不同形状的棒料和管料的成形工艺,模拟和实验验证厚度较大的管料鐓挤成形是较为合理的方案。
The composite upsetting forming process for steam valve spring seat castings with a tapered bore and a ladder type around the parts was studied. The casting was shaped using upsetting extrusion complex forming of shear bar or pipe material. Studying the forming process of bar or tube with different shapes and sizes by simulation and experiment show that thicker pipe material upsetting extrusion is a more reasonable scheme.
