摘要 以TMS320F28335处理器为控制核心设计了一个恒温控制系统,该系统由温度测量与采集、半导体制冷片驱动、显示和存储等模块组成。采用高精度测温仪采集温度数据,温度偏差经过PID算法处理控制程控电源输出直流电流来调节半导体制冷片的制冷量,实现恒温箱的温度控制。实验结果表明:设定值为20℃时,系统的过渡过程小于2 h,稳态时温度波动小于0.03℃。该系统可被用来控制恒温箱,且具有能耗小、体积小、易搬运、成本低、操作方便等优点。 The high precision constant temperature chamber developed by the author's laboratory is controlled by industrial computer, which has the problems of large volume, high energy consumption and high cost.A constant temperature control system is designed with TMS320F28335 processor as the control core.The system is composed of temperature measurement and acquisi- tion, semiconductor refrigeration chip driver, display, storage and other modules.High precision temperature measuring instrument is used to collect the temperature data.The temperature deviation of the PID algorithm is used to control the output current of the programmable power supply to adjust the cooling capacity of the semiconductor refrigeration chip, and realize the temperature con- trol of the constant temperature chamber.The experimental results show that the transition process of the system is less than 2 hours ,and the variation range is less than 0.03 ℃ when the set temperature is 20 ℃ .The system can be used to control the con- stant temperature chamber, and has the advantages of low energy consumption, small size, easy handling, low cost and convenient operation.
