摘要 介绍了一种实时在线监测变压器铁芯漏电流的传感监测系统。该系统通过合理设计程控放大器,提高了测量铁芯接地电流的范围和精度。提取接地电流的工频信号后,采用数字滤波滤掉变压器周围环境带来的干扰信号,能够准确识别变压器铁芯接地状况。系统所采集的数据经过处理后再传给系统的服务器。服务器上相应程序对数据进行处理后利用服务器终端帮助电力企业实现对变压器,电抗器铁芯的绝缘状态及运行状况进行全面、直观和实时的监控。初步测试表明:该系统具有测量范围广、灵敏度高、抗干扰性强等特点。 This paper introduced a real-time and online monitoring system of the transformer core grounding current, with reasonable design of program-controlled amplifier, improving the range and precision of the measurement of core grounding current. Using digital filter to extract power frequency signal of the grounding current and filter out interference signal caused by the environment around the transformer,can accurately identify the transformer core grounding status.The collection datas of the system are processed and then sent to the system server.The power enterprises can get comprehensive, intuitive and real-time mo- nitoring of the condition and operation status of transformer with the server terminal. This system has a wide range of measure- ment, high sensitivity, anti-interference and so on, and provides the working conditions of the transformer.
