银花痤疮酊外用安全性实验研究

摘要 目的:通过动物实验观察银花痤疮酊的用药安全性。方法:将实验大鼠随机分为空白组、实验组、对照组3组,分别进行急性毒性实验、长期毒性实验、皮肤刺激性实验、主动皮肤过敏实验。结果:急性、长期毒性实验结果均表明,观察组、对照组在用药24、48、72小时时除皮毛光泽减退外,行为活动、饮食、体质量、眼和黏膜、死亡等指标与空白组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。皮肤刺激性实验结果表明,3组均无红斑、水肿形成。主动皮肤过敏实验结果表明,观察组、空白组均未见红斑及水肿,对照组均出现水肿性红斑及重度水肿。结论:银花痤疮酊对实验大鼠皮肤无刺激及致敏现象,且安全无毒。 Objective: To observe the safety of YinHua acne tincture for external application by animal experi- ments. Methods: Rats in experiments were randomly divided into the blank group, the experimental group and the control group, given acute toxicity test, long-term toxicity test, skin irritation test and active skin allergic test respec- tively. Results: Acute, long-term toxicity test suggested that the observation group and the control group compared with the blank group in behavior activity, diets, BMI, indexes of eye, mucosa and death except fur glossiness decline, there were no differences after 24, 48, 72 hours of medication(P〉0.05). Skin irritation test suggested that all had no erythema and edema. Active skin allergic test, the observation and the blank group had no erythema and edema, the control group had edematous erythma and severe edema. Conclusion: YinHua acne tincture have no irritative and al- lergic phenomenon for rats in experiments, have safety and non-toxicity.
