糖稳康胶囊治疗2型糖尿病40例

TangWenKang Capsules in Treating 40 Cases of Type 2 Diabetes

目的:观察糖稳康胶囊对2型糖尿病患者症状、体征、血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗指数、血糖稳定性的影响。方法:将40例患者随机分为对照组及观察组各20例。2组均给予生活方式干预+药物降糖,将血糖控制在正常范围,观察组在此基础上口服糖稳康胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d,连续服用3个月。观察患者中医症状及体征,监测患者血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗指数、动态血糖,并对数据进行分析。结果:总有效率观察组为85.00%,对照组为50.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗指数、动态血糖监测平均值(MBG)、血糖波动幅度平均值(MAGE)均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖稳康胶囊可改善2型糖尿病患者的症状及体征,调节2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂,增加胰岛素敏感性,稳定血糖。

Objective： To observe the effects of TangWenKang capsules on symptoms, signs, glucose, blood lipid, insulin resistance index, glycemic stability of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods： 40 patients were random- ly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group 20 cases. Both groups were given lifestyle intervention and hypoglycemic drugs, glucose was controlled in normal ranges, the observation group was given oral TangWenKang capsule on this treatment, three granules one time, three times one day, continuous administration for three months. Symptoms and signs were observed, glucose, blood lipid, insulin resistance index and dynamic glu- cose were detected, data were analyzed. Results： The total effective rate was 85.00% in the observation group, 50.00% in the control group, there was statistical difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Compared with the con- trol group, glucose, blood lipid, insulin resistance index, MBG and MAGE in the observation group decreased obvi- ously, there were statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TangWenKang capsule can improve symptoms and signs, regulate glucose and blood lipid of patients with type 2 diabetes, promote insulin sensitivity and stabilize glu- cose.
