补阳还五汤联合参芎注射液及高压臭氧大自血治疗急性脑梗死50例

BuYang HuanWu Tang Combined with ShenXiong Injection and Ozonated Autohaemotherapy in the Treatment of 50 Cases of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察补阳还五汤联合参芎葡萄糖注射液及高压臭氧大自血治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,2组均采用参芎葡萄糖注射液联合高压臭氧大自血治疗,观察组加用补阳还五汤,2组均于连续治疗2周后观察美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和日常生活活动能力Barthel指数(Barthel Index,BI)的变化情况、血液流变学指标及临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为96.0%,对照组为86.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NIHSS评分、Barthel指数及血液流变学指标治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗组和对照组均能有效改善脑梗死急性期神经功能缺损,改善血液流变学指标,治疗组更加显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of BuYang HuanWu Tang combined with ShenXiong injection and ozonated autohaemotherapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods： All 100 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, and 50 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with ShenXiong glucose injection and ozonated autohaemotherapy, and added BuYang HuanWu Tang for the control group, both groups were treated for two weeks continuously. National Institutes of Health stroke Scale （NIHSS） score, functions and activities of daily living Barthel Index （BI）, hemodynamic indexes and clinical effects were observed. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%, and the control group was 86.0%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Compared two groups＇ the NIHSS score, Barthel index and hemodynamic indexes before and after treatment; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, after treatment, there were statistically significant differences between the groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment group and the control group can effectively improve neurological deficits in acute stage of cerebral infarction, improve hemodynamic indexes, and the treatment group is more significant.
