三土汤联合西药治疗活动期类风湿关节炎60例

SanTu Tang Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of 60 Cases of Active Phase Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:观察三土汤联合西药治疗活动期类风湿关节炎临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组口服美洛昔康片,7.5 mg/次2次/d;甲氨蝶呤片,10 mg/次,1次/周。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上服用三土汤,1剂/d,水煎分3次服用。2组均连续治疗12周。结果:压痛关节数、肿胀关节数、晨僵时间、28个关节疾病活动性评分(DAS28)及血小板(PLT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)水平治疗4周时、治疗12周时与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗12周时与治疗4周时比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后同时间点2组比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组为95.0%,对照组为83.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为8.3%,对照组10.0%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:三土汤联合西药治疗活动期类风湿关节炎临床疗效显著,能快速有效缓解关节肿胀,控制炎症,降低疾病活动度。

Objective： To observe the effects of SanTu Tang combined with western medicine in the treatment of active phase rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： All 120 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group 60 cases in each. The control group was given meloxicam tablets, 7.5 mg once, twice one day; methotrexate tablets, 10 mg once, once one week, both by oral administration. The observation group was given SanTu Tang on the treatment of the control group, one dose one day, decocted by water, administration for three times. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks continuously. Results： Compared tender joint count（TJC）, swollen joint count（SJC）, morning stiffness time, DAS28, PLT, CRP, ESR and RF in the fourth and twelfth week of treatment with before treating in the same group, there were statistical differences （P〈0.05）; compared the fourth week with the twelfth week of treatment, there were statistical differences （P〈0.05）; compared the fourth week with the twelfth week after treatment between two groups, there were statistical differences （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 95.0% in the observation group, the control group was 83.3%, comparsion between two groups, there were statistical differences （P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reation in the observation group was 8.3%, lower than 10.0% of the control group, there was no statistical meaning（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effects of SanTu Tang combined with western medicine in the treatment of active phase rheumatoid arthritis are significant, which can relieve knee swelling effectively and quickly, control inflammation and lower activity of diseases.
