中西医结合治疗阳虚型膝骨性关节炎30例

Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating 30 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis of Yang Deficiency Pattern

目的:观察祛寒逐风合剂联合膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗阳虚型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组30例。A组口服祛寒逐风合剂,50 mL/次,3次/d;B组膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,2 mL/次,1次/周;C组口服祛寒逐风合剂50 mL/次,3次/d,关节腔内注射透明质酸钠2 mL/次,1次/周。3组均连续治疗5周。观察治疗前后膝关节骨性关节炎严重性指数(ISOA)评分及临床疗效。结果:关节疼痛或不适、最大步行距离、日常生活能力评分治疗前后3组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率A组为86.7%,B组为90.0%,C组为96.7%,3组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:祛寒逐风合剂联合膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗阳虚型膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效显著,可有效减轻疼痛,改善关节功能。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of oral cold-removing and wind-dispelling mixture in the treatment of Yang deficiency type knee osteoarthritis. Methods： All 90 cases were randomly divided into A, B and C three groups, and there were 30 cases in each group. A group was given cold-removing and wind-dispelling mixture orally, 50 mL each time and three times per day. B group was treated by intra-articular injection with Sodium Hyaluronate, 2 mL/time, once / week. C group was given cold-removing and wind-dispelling mixture orally, 50 mL each time and three times per day, and also treated by intra-articular injection with Sodium Hyaluronate, 2 mL/ time, once / week at the same time. Three groups were treated for five week, continuously. Index severity of osteoarthritis （ISOA） score before and after treatment and clinical effects were observed. Results： Compared the scores of joint pain or discomfort, maximum walking distance, daily living ability within three groups before and after treatment, the differences were significant （P〈0.05）, and the differences among three groups after treatment were also significant （P〈0.05）. About the total effective rate, A group was 86.7%, B group was 90.0%, C group was 96.7%, there was significant difference between the three groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： cold-removing and wind-dispelling mixture has good clinical curative effect in the treatment of Yang deficiency type knee osteoarthritis, and it can effectively relieve pain, improve joints functions.
