中医护理在球囊成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者中的应用

Application of TCM Nursing to the Treatment of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures with Balloon Angioplasty

目的:观察中医护理在经球囊成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者的中应用情况。方法:将87例患者随机分为观察组49例、对照组38例。对照组仅给予常规护理;观察组围绕围手术期给予中医护理干预。比较2组视觉模拟(VAS)评分、腰椎功能(JOA)评分、住院时间、并发症发生率。结果:VAS评分、JOA评分、住院时间2组比较,差异均有统计学计意义(P<0.05)。并发症发生率观察组为4.08%,对照组为18.42%,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理有助于改善球囊成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者VAS、JOA评分,缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率。

Objective： To observe the application of the TCM nursing in the treatment ofosteoporotic vertebral compression fractures with balloon angioplasty. Methods： 87 patients were randomly divided into the observation group （49 cases） and the control group （38 cases）. The control group was given the conventional nursing and the ob- servation group was given the TCM nursing during the perioperative stage. Visual analogue scale （VAS） score, JOA score, hospital stays and the occurrence rate of the complications were compared between two groups. Results： There were significant differences between the VAS score, JOA score and hospital stays of two groups （P〈0.05）. The complications incidence of the observation group was 4.08%, the control group was 18.42%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing is benefit for improving the VAS score and JOA score of the patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated by balloon angioplasty, shorten the hospital stays and reduce the occurrence rate of complications.
