彩色多普勒超声血流显像检查对骨折患者下肢静脉血栓的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Color Dopppler Flow Imaging in the Examinations of Fracture Patients with Venous Thrombosis of the Lower Limbs

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声血流显像检查对创伤性骨折患者双下肢静脉血栓的诊断价值。方法:对1 393例骨折患者进行双下肢静脉彩色多普勒检查,观察患者下肢静脉血栓发生率。结果:下肢深静脉血栓形成245例(17.59%)。结论:骨折患者的下肢静脉血栓发生率较高。彩色多普勒血流显像作为骨折围手术期的常规检查项目非常必要,可为临床及时采取预防治疗提供诊断依据。

Objective： To explore the diagnostic value of color dopppler flow imaging （CDFI） on fracture patients with venous thrombosis of the lower limbs. Methods： 1393 fracture patients were given CDFI examination, the occurrence rate of venous thrombosis of the lower limbs was observed. Results： 245 cases of venous thrombosis of the lower limbs （17.59%） formed. Conclusion： Fracture patients have relatively high occurrence rate of venous thrombosis of the lower limbs. CDFI as routine examination item for perioperative period is very necessary, which can provide diagnostic basis for adopting preventive treatment timely in clinics.
