摘要
为保证重载列车运输安全,优化运行效率,提升线路运输能力,基于朔黄线神华8轴万t列车对列车受力模型及牵引/再生系统滞后特性进行研究;根据重载列车的运行特性,采用模糊控制进行重载智能化操控,研究模糊控制算法的应用,并重点确定输入输出模糊集;分析朔黄线线路数据,结合预测控制,对重载列车调速指令进行计算,给出合理的牵引/再生操控、空气制动操控及过分相操控提示,辅助司机驾驶;计算机实现并现场试验,结果说明,算法对列车推荐速度跟随性良好,满足运行时间误差小于5%、节能5%~10%的要求。
In order to ensure transportation safety and optimize operational efficiency for heavy haul train,and eventually improve the transport capacity of the overload line,the paper presented an investigation on the vehicle model and hysteresis characteristics of traction regeneration braking system,based on eight-axis and tenthousand-ton Shenhua train on Shuohuang railway line.Based on the operation characteristics of heavy haul train,fuzzy control was used to carry out intelligent control of heavy haul train,to study the application of fuzzy control algorithm and determine the fuzzy sets of input and output.The data of Shuohuang line were analyzed,based on predictive control,to calculate the speed control instructions of heavy haul trains to give reasonable tips of traction regenerative braking control,air braking control and phase control,which can assist driver in operating the train.At last,all control methods were completed by computer and tested in field.The results showed that the algorithm followed the recommended train speed well,and met project targets,such as run time error within 5% and energy saving from 5%to 10%.
