综合干预措施在预防胃肠道术后粘连性肠梗阻中的应用研究

Application research of comprehensive intervention measures on the prevention of adhesive intestinal obstruction after gastrointestinal surgery

目的研究对于胃肠道手术后患者实施护理干预措施,对预防其出现术后粘连性肠梗阻的应用效果。方法将我院于2013年6月~2015年12月间收治的42例因病接受胃肠道手术患者,按照随机数字表法将其划分为对照组21例与干预组21例,对照组患者接受手术期间护理,干预组重点实施术后综合护理干预措施,着重预防并发症出现,早期为患者提供病情观察及预见性护理措施,观察患者术后肠道功能恢复及出现粘连性肠梗阻情况。结果对照组患者首次排气、首次排便、首次离床、胃管留置时间等均较高,干预组较低（P〈0.05）;对照组患者对临床提供护理服务表示满意度为71.43%,干预组满意度为90.48%,干预组满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论本文通过对干预组应用手术期间全面护理干预措施,患者主诉对护理干预服务表示满意,手术后首次排气、排便、离床活动以及胃管留置时间均较短,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the application effect of nursing intervention after gastrointestinal operation on preventing postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods 42 cases of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery from June 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（21 cases） and intervention group（21 cases） by random number table method.The patients in control group were treated with nursing during the operation,and patients in intervention group were mainly treated with postoperative comprehensive nursing intervention measures.It was mainly focus on the prevention of complications.It was mainly to provide patients with early disease observation and predictive nursing measures.The situations of postoperative intestinal function recovery and adhesive intestinal obstruction was observed.Results The first time venting,first time defecation,first time ambulation and stomach tube indwelling time for patients in control group were all relatively higher than those in intervention group（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction of clinical nursing service for patients in control group was 71.43%,and it was 90.48% in intervention group.So the satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Through the comprehensive nursing intervention measures applied in intraoperative period for intervention group,the complained patients show their satisfaction towards the nursing intervention services.The first-time venting,defecation,ambulation activity and stomach tube indwelling time are all relatively shorter.Tt is worthy of promotion.
