中药湿敷预防结直肠癌患者化疗致手足综合征的效果观察

Effect observation of Chinese traditional herbal hydropathic compressing in preventing the Hand–foot syndrome in patients with colorectal cancer undergone oral capecitabine chemotherapy

目的探讨中药湿敷预防结直肠癌患者化疗所致手足综合征的效果。方法选择80例口服卡培他滨化疗的结直肠癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用中药煎水湿敷2次/d,对照组采用常规护理,化疗3个疗程后比较两组手足综合征的发生情况。结果观察组手足综合征发生10例,发生率为25%,对照组发生19例,发生率为47.5%;症状分级程度,尤其2级手足综合征的发生明显轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药湿敷能有效预防结直肠癌患者口服卡培他滨化疗所致手足综合征,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of Chinese traditional herbal hydropathic compressing in preventing the Hand-foot syndrome in patients with colorectal cancer undergone oral capecitabine chemotherapy.MethodsAccording to random number table method,80 colorectal cancer patients undergone oral capecitabine chemotherapy were divided into observation group and control group equally.Observation group used traditional Chinese medicine decoction hydropathic compressing 2 times/d,while the control group adopted conventional care in preventing Handfoot syndrome.Incident rates of Hand-foot syndrome in two groups after the treatment were measured.Results There were 10 cases of Hand-foot syndrome in observation group,and the incidence rate was 25%.There were 19 cases in control group,the incidence rate was 47.5%.The degree of symptoms in grading,especially,the rank 2 Handfoot syndrome in observation group was significantly less than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chinese traditional medicine wet compress can effectively prevent Hand-foot syndrome in colorectal cancer patients caused by oral capecitabine chemotherapy.
