H型高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度与血栓弹力图及危险因素的分析

Relationship between degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis and Elastic diagram of thrombus of patients with type H hypertension and its risk factors

目的分析H型高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度与血栓弹力图的关系。方法收集2013年4月~2015年1月我院H型高血压患者,定义为HCY组,选取同期我院体检的单纯高血压患者作为对照组。对比HCY组和对照组血压、颈总动脉内膜中层厚度及HCY水平HCY组和对照组血栓弹力图相关指标。结果（1）HCY组和对照组血压比较无差异（P〉0.05）;HCY组和对照组颈总动脉内膜中层厚度及HCY水平比较有差异（P〈0.05）（2）HCY组和对照组血栓弹力图（凝血反应时间、血细胞凝集块形成时间、血栓最大幅度、凝血块强度、凝血综合指数）比较有差异（P〈0.05）。结论 HCY水平与高血压患者颈动脉内膜厚度密切相关,H型高血压患者血液凝固性高,易形成血栓。

Objective To analyze the relationship between c carotid artery atherosclerosis and Elastic diagram of thrombus of patients with type H hypertension.Methods H type hypertension patients in our hospital were defined as HCY group,and the control group was only hypertensive patients.Blood pressure,carotid artery intima media thickness and HCY levels in HCY group and control group were compared.Results（1） There was no difference on the blood pressure between the Hcy group and the control group（P〈0.05）.There were some difference on the carotid artery intima-media thickness and Hcy levels between the Hcy group and the control group（P〈0.05）.（2） There were some difference on thromboelastography（coagulation reaction time,blood cell agglutination block formation time,maximum thrombus,clot strength,Coagulation index） between the Hcy group and the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion HCY level is closely related to carotid artery intima media thickness in patients with hypertension.The blood coagulation of H type hypertension patients is high,and it is easy to form thrombus.
