一次性根充法对牙髓炎的治疗分析

Treatment analysis of one-time root-filling method on pulpitis

目的分析一次性根充法对牙髓炎的治疗效果。方法选取2013年3月~2015年2月我院收治的136例牙髓炎患者按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各68例。对照组行常规多次填充治疗,观察组采用一次性根充法进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、牙齿功能恢复时间、治疗费用、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为97.06%,明显高于对照组的85.29%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组临床症状消失时间为（10.52±3.69）d,明显短于对照组的（12.69±4.28）d,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组牙齿功能恢复时间为（12.87±4.67）d,明显短于对照组的（15.55±5.68）d,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗费用为（152.89±25.78）元,明显低于对照组的（172.37±38.46）元,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组不良反应总发生率为1.47%,明显低于对照组的11.76%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论一次性根充法能有效的提高牙髓炎的治疗效果,并缩短恢复时间,降低治疗费用,且不良反应发生率低,是安全而理想的治疗方式。

Objective To study the effect of one-time root-filling method on pulpitis.Methods 136 pulpitis patients cured in our hospital from March 2013 to February 2015 were selected.According to the random number table,they were divided into observation group and control group with 68 cases in each.Patients in control group were treated with routine multiple filling,and patients in observation group were treated with one-time root-filling method.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptom disappearance time,recovery time of dental function,treatment cost and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.06%,which was significantly higher than that of control group（85.29%,P〈0.05）.The time of disappearance of clinical symptoms of observation group was（10.52±3.69）d,which was significantly shorter than that of control group（12.69±4.28）d,（P〈0.05）.The treatment time of observation group was（12.87±4.67）d,which was significantly shorter than that of control group（15.55±5.68）d,（P〈0.05）.The cost of observation group was（152.89±25.78）,which was significantly lower than that of control group（172.37±38.46）,（P〈0.05）.The total incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was 1.47%,which was significantly lower than that of control group（11.76%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion One-time root-filling method can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of pulpitis,decrease the recovery time,and reduce the cost of treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions is low.It is a safe and ideal treatment.
