摘要
药师对心血管疾病患者实施药学服务,以提高患者用药依从性。通过药师参与心血管内科患者的临床药物治疗,参与个体化给药方案的设计,并对患者进行用药指导。药师积极为患者提供用药指导,可提高患者用药的依从性,促进药物治疗的安全、有效、合理。通过为患者提供全程化、更为专业的药学服务,增加了患者的用药依从性,发挥了药物治疗的最佳效应,为今后更好地开展临床药学工作提供了有力的证据。
Pharmaceutical care for patients with cardiovascular disease was given by pharmacists to improve patient compliance.By participation of pharmacists in clinical medication of patients with cardiovascular diseases and participation in the design of individualized dosage regimen,they given medication guide for patients.Pharmacists actively provided medication guidance for patients.It could improve the medication compliance of patients,and promote the safe,effective and rational drug therapy.The full range of patients,more professional pharmaceutical services can increase patient compliance,and carry out the best effect of drug treatment.It provides strong evidence for the development of clinical pharmacy work in the future.
