摘要 建立一种用于检测三聚氰胺的快速分析方法。采用表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)分析方法检测三聚氰胺。该方法的方法检测限为50 ng/m L。该方法的检测结果受pH的影响,在酸性条件下,三聚氰胺的表面增强拉曼效应较显著。该方法可以用于检测牛奶中的三聚氰胺,检测限为1μg/m L。该方法操作简便,所用时间短,牛奶前处理与检测时间一共只需5 min,适合现场快速筛查。 A fast surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)assay method for melamine was developed.The limit of detection of the SERS method was 50 ng/m L. The SERS spectrums under three different pH conditions were studied,and the results showed that the pH of the system had obvious effect on the SERS,and the SERS was most enhanced under acidic condition. For detecting milk,the limit of detection of the SERS method was 1 μg/m L. The SERS method was simple and rapid and could be finished in five minutes. The SERS method could be a convenient tool for field detection of melamine.
